Olympus Go only opens once the account you signed in with has been approved. Until then it shows Verification in progress.
If you have not finished verification
Complete it in web banking or the Olympus Pay app. When your status becomes approved, Olympus Go opens.
If you think you are already approved
- Sign in to web banking with the same email and check the verification status there.
- In Olympus Go, choose Log out and sign in again, so the app reads your current status.
- Make sure you signed in with the same account you verified, not a different email.
